Code & Zoning Research
We review the code and zoning requirements for each project. Often this is completed with the jurisdiction at a pre-application conference. This is also a service we provide for clients who are evaluating properties as part of their due diligence prior to executing a purchase of real estate.
Fuel System Design
Having been involved in the design for over 300 your facility since 1987, we have the expertise to meet our clients needs for underground storage tanks and above ground storage tanks. Our designs range from small tanks for back-up generators, to large insulation such as gas stations, car locks, truck stops and bulk plants. We are also up-to-date on the latest requirements for DEF storage and handling.
Site Design
We evaluate the surrounding environment, adjacent buildings, streets and pedestrian circulating patterns to develop site layouts that function well and meet our clients needs as well as jurisdictional requirements. Traffic intensive sites such as convenience stores, car washes and quick service restaurants are a specialty.
Building Design
Meeting the needs of our clients is our primary objective. We strive to have our building designs function efficiently. Our extensive knowledge of building materials and methods helps us develop designs that are economical to build and we work to identify cost-saving design alternatives. We can prepare complete working drawings for utility buildings, shops, car- washes, convenience stores and other structures under 4,000 square feet in area.
CAD Drafting
All our Work is computerized. We receive detailed surveys and engineers drawings and CAD format so that all our designs match existing conditions and the designs of our consultants. We can prepare complete sets of drawings, to include sight work, and building design including plumbing, electrical and mechanical work.
Permit Coordination
Cutting through the jurisdictional mire of permits is a skill we have developed over the years. In many jurisdictions we know exactly who to talk to and is some cases whom to avoid in order to get your permit process as efficiently as possible.
Construction Observation
On the job site we work with contractors to help ensure that the design and construction documents are followed to provide our clients with the best quality product project possible.
